Spicy Chicken with Green Onions
A yummy little recipe from a tiny book called "Bon Appetit Quick & Delicious". It definitely is hot, though, so you really have to serve it with some creamy coleslaw.
In a small bowl, whisk together
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T hot pepper sauce (Tabasco, Texas Pete, etc)
- 2 t honey
- 1 green onion, minced
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- remaining green onions from the bunch, lightly salted
